OSPF Notes
1. Ospf are set up should not use the secondary ip neighbor relations
2. Only secondary ip and primary ip in the same area within the time, go out in order to be declared
3. An area can have a number of DR, but a broadcaster DR region there can be only one
4. Ospf at p2p links are Not supported on the unnumbered ip
5. Distribute-list in the inbound direction on insertion to prevent routing routing table, but should not prevent the LSA into the lsdb. Is why outbound distribute-list in the Link State Routing Protocol on does not work, because it does not stop LSA sender. but there is a special case, is to do at asbr on outbound distribute-list, such as OSPF to eigrp, because outbound distribute-list can be sent to stop routing
6. Can use the passive-interface set up to prevent neighbor relations
7. On p2p link, even if the two router’s ip address is not the same network segment, they can set up relations between the neighbors
8. Ospf routing order (high to low): intra> inter> e1> e2
9. How to do not use ip ospf priority command to set the router into DR? Router-id 223.255.255.255. Why not 255.255.255.255? Because BGP only to realize the highest 223.255.255.255, if you set up the router than 223.255.255.255 -id, bgp and redistribution between OSPF will be a problem (to do at BGP and OSPF redistribution of when, bgp and must use the same OSPF router-id)
Redistribution of attention to other matters:
